Our Concierge Practice Is Unlike Any Other

 

Founded in 2019, Compassionate Endings N.J. is the only physician-led practice in New Jersey specializing  in Medical Aid in Dying. Our experienced and skilled team includes three physicians, six registered nurses, and a licensed social worker dedicated to supporting patients and families through every step of the process.

From our very first communication, we prioritize open, compassionate dialogue while providing ongoing, personalized end-of-life care tailored to each individual’s needs. All care is provided by phone, video consultation, or in the comfort of your home.

If and when you choose to take aid-in-dying medication, one of our physicians or nurses will be present in your home to provide support and help ensure a peaceful experience. Having a trusted medical professional there helps to bring reassurance and comfort to both patients and their loved ones.
